Feature Request: PayPal ACDC

Hi dev team,

Thank you for the support in an earlier issue. If I may, I would like to make a feature request.

In addition to supporting PayPal Express Checkout, I would like to see PayPal Advanced Credit and Debit Card as a payment method integrated in this gem as well. PayPal ACDC provides credit card fields hosted by PayPal. It can be a good addition to this gem, as the PayPal Express Checkout in this gem currently only appears as a button on the cart page, and there's no way for customers to check out with credit card with PayPal on the payment page. (Screenshot of cart page with PayPal Express shown below).
