What happened: deployed ocean spot exporter to the cluster allowing all metrics but it's missing all the metrics related to cost analysis

What you expected to happen: i expect to see all metrics in all 3 categories [ Scaling Metrics, Cost Analysis Metrics, Automatic Right Sizing Metrics]

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): deployed the helm version 1.1.0 of the spot/ocean-metric-exporter
