image dimension generation

it would be great if phpthumbof was able to output image dimensions too in case we are using it to resize using only a single dimension. See forum post for more info.

I think it would be great addition. improves rendering speed dramatically in some situations and makes for valid markup to have correct dimension attribs in html.
