Hello,

I'm having a small problem with this download. I've downloaded the file to my joystick and am able to see it, which is good. But the other file when moved into ED does not show. I've tried reloading the file several times or have tried to renaming it without any luck. I thought my problem my was the folder itself but when I move the 2.2.3 version into the folder and it shows. Would you have any suggestions?

If I had to guess, I would say it is because you have the X52 Pro and the binding file for Elite Dangerous is looking for the SaitekX52. I'm not sure if it is as simple as a text replace to SaitekX52Pro or not, I'm currently working through the same issue.

For what it's worth, I did this string replace in the binds file and it was selectable in the controls menu. Since I don't have much experience with the brand of controller, I can't say if it's a 1:1 mapping solution or not.

Yeh that was a mistake on my end.. I've updated everything accordingly now.
But for any future reference:
Yes you can just open the .binds file in a text-editor and rename the device to your own device.
That should solve the issue. For The X52 it is "SaitekX52" and for the X52 Pro it is "X52Pro".

Everyone I ran into similar issues and have the profile and keybinding files fixed and updated after finding several errors with the build. You can download the updated files here: https://github.com/SAmundson07/Elite-Dangerous

I have a Logitech version of the X52 Pro, which perversely required a search of the X52 Pro binding file, replacing all instances of "X52Pro" with "SaitekX52Pro". Go figure :)

This was using the 64 bit 2.13 driver binary [https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/simulation/X52_Professional_HOTAS_x64_8_0_213_0.exe] under windows 10 pro

I figured the correct name by modding the built-in X52 Pro driver and editing the resulting custom binding.

For reference here's the hardware IDs
USB\VID_06A3&PID_0762&REV_2000
USB\VID_06A3&PID_0762
