Man page generation bug

Problem

The man page generated for the fio project is missing the heading for section "Interpreting the output".

Procedure to reproduce the problem

git clone https://github.com/axboe/fio
cd fio
make -C doc html man

Error logs / results

The "Interpreting the output" section heading in the generated man page is missing.

It seems it was a misunderstanding of how Sphinx treats zero level sections when generating man pages - it just skips the headings. Sorry for the noise then.
