I have an app that relies a lot on TTS languages installed and voices.

Android: To add a new language on Android, follow these steps: Go to Settings > General management > Text-to-speech output > Preferred engine select 'Google Text-to-speech Engine' and in the previous option tap the settings gear icon, then tap Install voice data, choose the desired language, and then tap the download arrow icon (⬇) to download.

iOS: To add a new voice on iPhone/iPad, follow these steps: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content, enable Speak Selection > Voices. Choose the language for which you want to add or change the voice. Tap on the desired voice, then tap the cloud icon to download the voice, and then tap the voice again to enable it (✓)

I would like to get the use as far as possible on the steps described above. If that isn't possible using this package, how could I do it some other way?
