added StoreConsoleOutput option

defaults to true

The purpose of this change - We have a large test suite with lots of output for debug purposes.
We enable FailureBodyFormat=Verbose but anyway we are left with tens of MB of total test output.
And the problem is that Gitlab CI can't parse such large report files.
With this solution everything works perfectly.
