Add rotation option in "mms_part_slice2d" for plotting 2D slice for rotation B vs ExB rotation and B vs E directions.

Hi Eric

I want to plot electron and ion velocity distribution functions (VDFs) using "mms_part_slice2d" for rotations B vs ExB and B vs E directions (B vs perp1 and B vs perp2 directions). Is there any option to plot 2D slices for these rotations?

I think you might have to use the custom_rotation parameter to define these rotations. I'm not sure exactly how you'd set that up -- I'll ask around and see if anyone in our group can help with this. If it's fairly straightforward, we could add that to the list of directly supported rotations.
