Combining fromModel & fromRequest

This is your standard resourceful controller with the Data being type-hinted

// UserController.php
public function update(User $user, UserData $data)
{
    // Simplified update 
    User::update($data->toArray());
}

In the UserData, we defined

public static function fromRequest(Request $request): static
    {
        return new static(
            ....
            country: $request->input('country'), // an optional prop
        );
    }

However, if the country is not passed in the request, the $data is empty and we will overwrite the user's country with an empty string.

How should we approach this? Basically, if the attribute is passed in request, we want to update it, otherwise do not update it.
