Improve Defense scouting data

Scouting for Defense bots is kind of a pain right now. The only available field is a boolean flag that indicates whether or not the robot played defense.

Unfortunately, there's no way for the scout to indicate how well the robot played defense.

There'll need to be some additional brainstorming on what this will look like.
