[FEATURE REQUEST] Time locked Recovery Support

By using Miniscript, you can spend bitcoin from a primary wallet & a secondary key becomes available after a set period of time (block number) for spending in case the primary wallet gets inaccessible.

It's being done by lianawallet currently.

This would be beneficial for Inheritance planning.

I'm not convinced we have a standardised way of doing this yet. Happy to consider it once that emerges. I'd prefer an OP_VAULT type solution though.
