Is there a way to obtain this file? (scala-capstone-data.zip)
It is not present in every project I checked.
The two links that I have are:

• https://moocs.scala-lang.org/files/scala-capstone-data.zip
• the one with alaska as host
  I cannot start the project without that file.
  I report to coursera the issue but it seems ignored.

Wow, sorry I haven't seen this until now! (Github Discussions do not provide any notifications, or maybe I have a wrong setting somewhere.)

Yeah, Coursera support really sucks. I've been trying to help learners on their Discussion forums. Some people reported similar issues accessing the Scala website. I think certain countries have problems accessing it from time to time.

Both of these links are working for me as of April 2023:

Could you try to figure out why you cannot access it? Are you using a VPN, or school / work? Note that the Alaska link does not support HTTPS, so you have to disable it.

In the meantime I'll try to upload it to some third-party website.

It looks like EPFL websites were getting attacked, so they started blocking, which resulted in Scala websites being unreachable especially from VPNs: https://www.scala-lang.org/blog/2023/07/12/website-overhaul-and-reachability.html They seem to be improving it now.
