Issue JP-3765 was created on JIRA by Timothy Brandt:

Likelihood-based ramp fitting and jump detection were recently implemented in stcal (JP-3576).  These are expected to offer much improved sensitivity to jumps in very long ramps.  This ticket is to verify that improvement; one test case should be ~1000-read MIRI ramps.

Comment by David Law on JIRA:

Testing assignment is to INS for confirming that the new algorithm is performing as expected; iteration with SCSB as necessary.
