loading line list plots at rest wavelength despite redshift value

observed wavelengths are showing the correct shifted value but are being plotted at rest wavelengths until there is some interaction with the redshift in which case they immediately update to the correct position.

@kecnry Can we close this, since we no longer support loading lines with redshifts predefined?

I'm not sure. This also might be related to #1692. Maybe let's leave this open and make sure when fixing #1692 that this is no longer happening and then close?

Confirmed that I cannot reproduce this in main or in #1915.
