keyserver.ubuntu.com default port is often blocked #264

keyserver.ubuntu.com uses port 11371 by default, unfortunately in many organizations this port is blocked, however port 80 is available everywhere.

gpg allows you to override the port using the following syntax 'hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80'
