BBEdit.app can't start because of prezto on Mac.

Description

On zsh installed prezto BBEdit.app can't start.
Bare Bones Software (The developer of BBEdit.app) says,

The likely cause is that prezto's shell configuration is not checking to see whether it's being run by an interactive shell session, and it's attempting to read from standard input. This will not succeed, and will cause the application to hang at launch.

Expected behavior

BBEdit starts normally.

Actual behavior

BBEdit.app stacks because BBEdit is waiting for the result of a printenv request from the current login shell.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install prezto
2. Reboot Mac
3. Try to start BBEdit.app
