[Suggestion] Display Average Bitrate over last 1m

Hello, while instantaneous bitrate is important, which the application already shows, being able to see an average over the last 1m or so is very important to diagnose ongoing issues with your stream. Right now it's tough to troubleshoot issues with multiple streams due to the lack of information.

If the stream health indicator could be added instead next to the FPS number or something for each stream, that'd be even better.

Also please allow people to reorder the multistream entries after adding them.
