Verified on 3.8.1 (19) Soralution version.

@ShlyapkinIN We can re-make claim rewards, if failed then we always lose funds if the transaction is sent regardless of the result
Claim rewards are still available for some time as the request is being processed, so this case should be excluded.

Verified on 3.8.1 (20) Soralution version.

Add shimmers for claim rewards button while fiat data is loaded.
