[admin] Cannot disable ALL invite auto-accept behavior

In #557 a setting was added to the admin module to enable or disable having the bot automatically accept invites from anyone (but always accept invites from bot admins). Is there a reason not to allow also disabling invites from bot admins? Not the biggest deal, but it seems strange that something as important as joining channels doesn't have more controls.

Would having settings for everyone, admins, and the bot's owner be overkill?

To answer my own question: Bot admins can always /msg Sopel .join #channel. Using /invite is just more convenient when allowed by the IRC server.
