[Feature] Pin favorite apps

It would be nice to pin favorite apps for a certain filetype.

I have different apps who claim to open a PDF.

But the PDF views are hidden in the list. If I could pin my favorite apps for PDF, like Evince or Okular, then it would be easier to open the file with the desired app.

This or any kind of re-order function would be fantastic. I have many ™️ browsers (for testing) and find that my daily drivers are only visible if I scroll through the options.
