Setting Junction as default browser will cause "Launch web browser" shortcut from gnome settings to open Junction welcome page. This is annoying because requires custom shortcut to open default browser.
To improve user experience Junction could store "proxy default browser" option to open browser instead of welcome page.

When junction is set as default browser I can't use browser launcher shortcut to start web browser and Junctions also does not provide a way to do it from its welcome page. So i think if it possible to show browser selection similar to when link is opened or have a setting to open specific browser in such cases
