I tried updating the firmware of my SoloKey, but although the update seemed to have worked, the key is not recognized via USB C 3.1 anymore. All I get via the CLI when running solo ls is :: Solos.
Commands I ran with output:
solo ls

I am also having issues with USB C solo key, so I am using a USB C to A adapter with my key now and this works fine on my laptop. Not sure if this is a suitable "fix" for you in case you have a device that only has USB C ports.
