Installation process

In order to use the tool in a predictable way. Installing a dotnet tool from NuGet or a private Azure Artifacts feed would be neat.

Describe the solution you'd like

That both the open source and the closed source versions are available as global dotnet tools.

We have talked about bundling the Jira Azure DevOps Migrator in a docker container for this purpose. Likely this will be addressed in the near future. :)
