feat: ✨ implement flex options for sd-checkboxgroup and sd-radiogroup horizontal variants

User Story

As a user of the Solid Design System, I would like the sd-checkboxgroup and sd-radiogroup in the respective horizontal variants to be responsive so that the content is not hidden on smaller screens.
