feat[design]: ✨ Add Labed with tooltip sample to sd-radio-group and sd-checkbox-group

Description

In the sequence of ticket: #1579 2 new templates where created in storybook to show:

• Radio Group with Tooltip
• Checkbox Group with Tooltip
  

To replicate this templates in figma (properly) we need to make some changes in the main components and create a samples for each with the option of "Label with tooltip" (as we do for ex. in sd-input).

This is a breaking change and templates in figma must be replaced with this task.

This task should be followed up with a Dev ticket for:

• update component in storybook
• updating docs in storybook
