This will be the first step to using the form to add or update a resource. We also need to decide whether we only require authentication to add/update resources, or also authorization. I.e. Will the Links directory be writable by any Solid user? An argument for this (not requiring authorization) is the wikipedia model, as discussed here: https://subconscious.substack.com/p/wiki-as-a-commons
Specifically, the argument (I think) is that it's better to get users engaged by allowing submissions by default, and then responding as necessary to abuse, vs. requiring permissions.
