In order to migrate to [email protected], we need to be able to interact with the stake program and get stake activation data for a specific address.

This is issue is to track creating a a [email protected] client to interact with the stake program.

The client exists: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@solana-program/stake

We just forgot to close this issue. 🙂
