Model a dapp Scaffold in the desired framework based off the existing implementation in React Nextjs keeping the overall functionality and setup base level.

Must include the base features of dApp Scaffold: including
state management
wallet integration with auto connect/refresh
demo of 1 or more components that includes a transaction to implement at least the Solana web3 js library
