Aggregation of Swing Equation

Currently, the second-order synchronous generator model, named as SynchronGeneratorTrStab has certain features in its swing equation implementation that are also useful for the models based on Base_ReducedOrderSynchronGenerator. The swing equation should be encapsulated in a dedicated class and offer the various features to all synchronous generator models via aggregation.
