[ssp]: Update backend/tentant is not working properly

Issue/Feature Description:
In Multi-cloud after creatinng an SSP, when deleting the backend/tenant it shows success but actually data is not deleted from backend.

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:

• Create a Storage Service Plan (SSP)
• Add a backend
• Delete the backend
  

It shows the backend is deleted and the list of backend is also removed

• But on reloading / closing and opening the same
  
  the backend is still shown

Note : Similar is the case for tenant
