Error installing Delfin with SODA Dashboard using SODA Installer in CentOs. #540

Issue/description:
installation dashboard in CentOs has a problem
dashboard is not coming up
only blue background in the dashboard is coming up
Why the issue have to be fixed:
for successful installation of dashboard in CentOs
blocker for Virtualbox CentOs
How to reproduce,in case of a bug:
delfin with dashboard installation in CentOs
Environment Notes:
HOST OS -CentOs version
