Issue/Feature Description:
CI for Unit tests & E2E tests in Robotframework is failing for python 3.8, 3.9 versions.
It is passing for Python 3.6.
This failure needs to be fixed for Python versions of 3.7 or above

Needs to investigate and fix this issue
