Renaming of tmp output files sometimes fails

The output of the crawling is temporarily written to files with the extension .tmp. Once the list of tweet ids to be downloaded is exhausted, the .tmp is closed and renamed (the .tmp extension is removed). In some cases, this renaming fails.
