We reference hosted assets bucket here:

enrich/config/enrichments/ip_lookups.json

Line 12 in f882a7d

"uri": "http://snowplow-hosted-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/third-party/maxmind"

We no longer host this file, so should change this path. Reference: https://discourse.snowplow.io/t/maxmind-geoip2-ip-lookup/8879/3
