CRD generator does not appear to see changes in live reloaded classes

Tracking the issue, it comes down to the CRD generator holding on to outdated class information. The solution is therefore to dump that information when the extension requests a CRD regeneration. This requires, however, fixes in the fabric8 kubernetes client and the underlying sundrio library.
