What is the best way to generate a reliable embed or code-snippet to display an active proposals?

This functionality would help consolidate proposal information across existing oracles of information such as Discourse or Notion.

The end state would be simple a <div> that displays and links to the active proposal as seen on the proposal page. Alternatively, an embed could display the entire list of proposals for an organization.
