I think it's time to cleanup the handling of project notes:

  • We can remove updatingnotes?=true functionality from project lists. At projects sent to the cloud should come to cloud with a notes parameter now.
  • We should update notes from the /project_meta endpoint, but not update the XML.
  • Optionally, the download/XML mechanism can update the notes/title when downloading.
  • Snap! should be updated such that when loading a project, it gets the metadata from the cloud and updates the title/notes in memory.
