Tried to use scaffolding - falls apart. Needs a fix.

it needs a dependency on T4Scaffolding.Core.VS2015 instead of T4Scaffolding.Core, http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31890649/t4-scaffolding-not-working-with-visual-studio-2015
