Hello Light Client Heavyweights, we're getting an error these days on our testnet Shibuya and it's relaychain tokyo, the error is: [connections] Problem during discovery on rococo_tokyo_relay: ProtocolNotAvailable

I've created a replit so you can look at the code and see if we forgot something in the spec files or maybe a new bug was introduced. In any case, any tips on how to troubleshoot this will be apreciated.

Does the version of Substrate used by the relay chain nodes contain paritytech/substrate#12545?

It has been confirmed by the team that the version (rococo-9390 (parity-rococo-v2.0-0.tx19.au0)) deployed is almost the latest relay client version (and runtime) for our Tokyo chain.

The mentioned PR#12545 is included.

The link to replit doesn't work for me, neither in Firefox nor in Chrome, and I'm getting tons of errors in the console.

I think you should be able to upload the chain spec in this issue by dragging-dropping it. Alternatively, please upload it somewhere that works.
