Babel has recently been updated to version 1. A little reminder: Sageo use Babel 0.9.6 and FlaskBabelEx 0.8.1. FlaskBabelEx is used because except recent updates, FlaskBabel doesn't support the multi-domain localization that we need to translate snapins.
