Our MSRV hasn't been updated in a while. Please update it according to our policy.

CI was modified to build against 1.54 and 1.56.1 due to the CVE in Rust that was fixed in 1.56.1. Once the MSRV is at or above 1.56.1, this can be reduced back down to just one version, and would be an opportunity to make aws-sdk-rust CI faster by keeping 12 batches with only one compiler version (where right now, it is 6 batches with 2 compiler versions for a total of 12 jobs).
