Allow configuration of SetupStore.js

The initial downloading of VirtualBox states Kitematic when creating applications built on top of this. It would be nice to be able to propagate the application name down to the messages within SetupStore.js.

There are a few other places that still hardcode the Kitematic name, too.

Ultimately, I'd like to see this as an npm module that you can depend on, that encapsulates (basically) SetupUtils. The "application name" would just be a configuration parameter for that, then.
