A Hono deployment consists of many components: https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/eclipse-iot/hono.

Investigate and document which Hono components (pods, services...) benefit from being scalable.

This may require proper tests, since without them, we don't know how the different components behave under load, so may depend on smaddis/smad-deploy-azure#19.
