request: Progressive appeal timer and punishment in auto-moderation hard-actions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some bots allow users to set a progressive appeal timer, for example giving mutes upon infractions that take 5s, 1m, 30m, 8h, 3d... Furthermore it also should support changing the punishment to change the severity, e.g. warn -> kick -> ban.
