Feature description

Some people self-host Skyra to rebrand her, and some people also set different logs into the same channel, which makes them harder to read.

Desired solution

Let Skyra create her own webhooks if the administrators desire to, one advantage of this is that they can change the webhooks avatars and names (aka rebranding) and even change their channel through the UI, while they can't read the webhook's token in any way.

I believe this should be free for everyone, although I'm unsure if the ability to rebrand is going to affect Skyra's exposure in one way or another. Maybe not and it'll instead make more people interested in her?
