request: word filter categories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not all words are as bad, for example, a small cuss is not the same as saying racial slurs, and as such, it makes sense that Skyra should take different actions on them.

The word groups would have optional action "overrides", falling back to the global settings.
