Standardize on Gibibytes, not Gigabytes

At the moment, all storage is reported as gigabytes (10^9 bytes), not a gibibyte (2^30 bytes). AWS, GCP and Azure all refer to a GB as a GiB (1024 * 1024 * 1024 bytes).
