Profile update returning 405 error

What happened?

When I click on the profile at the top right of the screen it doesn't work
But when I take account on de side nav bar
My profile is not the same with the one I logged in with
And when I update it return a 405 error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the size nav bar and select account
2. Click on edit profile
3. Enter new details
4. Click update profile button

Expected Result

I expected to see my profile with my name as Afuh Ashley and when I update my information it should be updated.

Actual Result

When I opened the edit profile
I saw a profile for Manka Fiona and when I update the information and click on the update button it returns a 405 error
