Scoped Storage Support

Looks like scoped storage is here to stay. Many of the updated terminal apps don't even have a storage permission to allow anymore so the hidden files on /sdcard are inaccessible to them. Rather than making individual paths for each app, I think we should move all of the .aliases and .customrc to the main mkshrc or bashrc files, otherwise they'll never work.
Furthermore, some apps don't even use true scoped storage, they just don't have a home directory at all (connectbox) so the above is the only way forward
Magisk users should know how to modify module files anyways
