Would love it if I could just automatically redirect these somehow

Sounds good, do you mean to have a desktop app that uses the same scraper? maybe electron?

I see it doable, but in the meantime you can partially achieve this workflow with Raycast by activating one of the headless commands:

With this setup, the link in your clipboard can be converted and replaced simply by pressing the assigned hotkey
